Control your diet and be healthy

One of the crucial reasons of success of the great china’s long march led by “Mao zetan” was the physical and mental strength of the people who were participating in it. The physical and mental health compliments each other. The Chinese people still take boil water and a leaf of tea in it, and it makes them healthy. Every other person rides bicycle there and in evening one would see them in the parks. What is all this indicating? The nation is healthy and sporty. One would rarely find fats there on their bodies.

This is a totally wrong concept that “The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don’t want, drink what you don’t like, and do what you’d rather not.” It’s just not like that. People think they can look smart by going to gym and do hard exercises, not eating their favorite meals and finally it appears to be impossibility and they stop caring about themselves. It is a misconception, the only thing is to control and create balance in the exercise and diet. First of all there is a need to know your body. Different bodies require different treatments as “Every human being is the author of his own health or disease.

The best way of getting knowledge about your body is to consult an expert who actually gives you a plan about your diet and exercise e.g. if a person is fat he needs different plan and a skinny one needs different. Diet is an essential part of one’s health; I personally believe that it has to do with the psychology as well. There are two scenarios , eat less and by less I don’t mean just four or five bites, when you start feeling that it is over eating, stop your hands. The second scenario is to eat up to your desire but it has horrible after effects. The first thing is to control your diet by quantity. Then comes what to eat? The fat people can have many ways to reduce, the best way to reduce is to have diets which have less fat yet they are tasty. This is very important because most of the people can’t continue having less fat diet because they find it tasteless. Another important issue is the variety, there has to be variety in your diet. Meat lovers usually prefer meat in their food but according to new York times: “Men and women who consumed the most red and processed meat were likely to die sooner, especially from one of our two leading killers, heart disease and cancer, than people who consumed much small amounts of these foods.”

“Health is wealth” even if we take the literal meaning of it we will get to know that health has a direct relationship with wealth. “So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.” So it’s wise to choose healthy diet and keep yourself fit as it will help in many ways.
